New Patients at Hall Family Chiropractic Clinic
We look forward to welcoming you to Hall Family Chiropractic Clinic! Since we will take X-rays, we ask that you wear clothing with no metal. If you’ve had other recent imaging such as MRIs or X-rays, you may bring those to your first appointment.
Your First Visit
Your first appointment with us will include a comprehensive exam, so plan on about 45 minutes to an hour. When you enter our warm, inviting space, our smiling front desk staff will greet you by name and help you with any paperwork or insurance questions you may have. We’ll typically get you right in to see your chiropractor so you don’t have to wait around.
You’ll sit down with your doctor and discuss your health history, concerns and goals for care. They might ask some questions to ensure they know what you’re hoping to achieve. Then they’ll conduct a thorough examination, including neurological and orthopedic assessments and X-rays.
Your Second Visit
Before you come back, your chiropractor will go over all of your examination results and your X-rays to determine the underlying cause of your symptoms. At your second appointment, they’ll go over their findings, show you your X-rays and explain what’s causing your pain or dysfunction. They’ll answer any of your questions and present their recommendations for care. Then, if you choose to continue, you’ll receive your first adjustment and any appropriate therapies at this visit.
Our office manager will explain our fees and your insurance coverage, so you know exactly what to expect. This visit typically takes about half an hour.
Paying for Care
We are in-network with every major insurance company, including Medicare and Medicaid. However, each individual plan has differing rules and limits for what’s covered. We’ll help you understand what your specific benefits are.
We accept all major credit cards, and you may use your HSA or FSA. We offer a free adjustment on Veterans Day for patients in the United States military.
